Encotech is proud to be on the forefront of the green building design movement. The firm currently employs 2 LEED® Accredited Professionals, and has participated in several history-making green design projects.
Encotech provided MEP Engineering services on Austin’s first building to register for LEED® certification, the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless (ARCH). The LEED® Silver Certified facility features many sustainable elements by Encotech, like the 13,000 gallon rainwater collection system, the passive solar hot water heating system, solar photovoltaic electrical collection system, and ventilation air energy recovery system.
