Over Encotech’s twenty year history, we have grown steadily from a staff of one person to a firm of nineteen. We have taken on in­creasingly complex projects, and we have carefully ex­pand­ed our service offer­ings. All the while, our firm’s focus has been on respons­ibly managed growth within a small business structure, and we work to reinforce the values of quality, integrity, respect, and superior client service in all of our employees.

Encotech is committed to mentorship within each of our departments. Our structure allows senior leadership to guide project managers and help educate graduate engineers. Additionally, our Structural, MEP, and Cost Estimating departments work hand-in-hand, so our engineers receive cross disciplin­ary training and a sense of the bigger picture.

Encotech holds a variety of certifications as a small, minority, and disadvantaged business (SBE, MBE, DBE) with entities such as the City of Austin, SCTRCA, and State of Texas HUB program. Encotech is committed to ensuring the value behind these certifications by promoting diversity, education, mentoring, and superior client service within our organization. Our firm is not simply minority-owned; 70 percent of our workforce is composed of women and minorities from many different cultural backgrounds.
